WWE Night of Champions Matches (with Black Superstars) That You Can Watch Right Now

On this week’s edition of the Black Rasslin’ Podcast, we gave our full predictions for today’s WWE Night of Champions show in Saudi Arabia. Me being me, I would normally grab a few choice full matches that WWE has uploaded to YouTube over the years to post on the Patreon, but my mind was in other places. That said, this is why we blog, right? And since I didn’t have the time to react to all of these matches on video, I figured I’d try to find all of the Night of Champions bouts—with Black superstars—that WWE has uploaded.

Don’t expect a lot, but there are some bangers, like then-Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair defending her title against Asuka back in 2023.

Night of Champions 2007—or “Vengeance: Night of Champions”—gave us two Black superstars for the price of one whatever a WWE pay-per-view cost at the time, as in the main event, John Cena defended the WWE Championship in a Five-Pack Challenge against Bobby Lashley, Mick Foley, Randy Orton and King Booker!

Ten years ago at Night of Champions 2015 may have featured the blackest Night of Champions bout we’ve seen so far, as The New Day defended their WWE Tag Team Championship against Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley, aka the Dudley Boyz.

And…that may be it. As of right now, Jade Cargill is the only Black superstar booked for Night of Champions 2025, and could end up defeating Asuka for a championship bout at SummerSlam in Jersey in August.

Jade better avenge that Bianca Belair loss from 2023!
